The CEO magazine shared that 89% of 100,000 people surveyed say it is the most valued leadership quality. One may ask how this is a skill, but it can truly be one of the most effective leadership competencies, that will win your people’s trust and make them committed to their jobs. Teams become more engaged if they perceive that their leaders are honest and have integrity. Honesty makes you an effective leader by being consistent in keeping your word and following through with your promises to your team members.
